Withdrawal of goods and deliveries:

The withdrawal of the goods is free of charge at our Beautiran store (Click & Collect).
The delivery by us of all our products including bonsai, terrariums and plant creations is possible in Gironde with a supplement of 20 € (payment in cash or credit card possible on delivery).
Shipments to mainland France and Belgium are possible (by Colissimo or Point Relais) only for accessories & tools, pots & ceramics, fertilizers & substrates (delivery cost extra).

REMINDER: terrariums, bonsai, plant creations and certain heavy products cannot be shipped
